In this photo the three capacitors are grouped in a row of three, the two on the left are bulging at top and one is torn, by design, called venting. The close proximity if the voltage regulators did not help. :D A quick call to Randolph and Rice and a quick soldapult and I saved this expensive Samsung display!http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capacitor_plague
